Optimized the design

I change the design for this blog to get optimized in search enggine, to let search enggine idex the content first than the menu and archives and another else.

I move sidebar from left into right, hope its will increase

 

Also i add Bookmark and share plugins into this blog, to let people bookmark *anyone pls!!*
this bookmark plugins is from Bookmarkify™
